My name is Teresa Lyons and I am a qualified Reflexologist, Massage Therapist and Reiki Healer.
I specialise in Facial & Therapeutic Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology for Pregnancy, my therapies support women on their menopause journey.
I offer Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue Massage,
Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage and Zone Face Lift.

Now here’s a bit about me.
I'm passionate about being able to help people live a more balanced, stress and pain free life. The holistic treatments I offer treat the person as a 'whole' meaning rather than focusing on a narrow problem, mental, physical and spiritual factors are considered that influence and make up a person's wellbeing and seek to support overall health and healing.
I gained my Anatomy & Physiology Diploma Level 3 in 2017 and then went on to obtain my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology studying with The School of Natural Therapies in London. I obtained my Massage Diploma Level 3 in holistic and deep tissue massage.
I have trained in maternity and hot stone reflexology with Sally Earlam, incorporating Lymphatic Drainage Techniques.
Recently I trained in Bergman Method Facial Reflexology Modules 1 & 2, Zone Facelift and Menopause Reflexology.
I am excited to be training again this year with Chi Medics taking the Six Phases Balance Training which I will be incorporating into my holistic treatments.
I am a full member of The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and am fully insured.
